This is what awaits you
- You lead your in-house service team with 5 employees in cooperation with the agency management (sic-manufacturing goal achievement, conducting training, further development of employees, etc.).
- You organize the in-house service (weekly planning, distribution of tasks, control tasks, absence management, etc.) and ensure the service standards.
- You independently look after existing insured persons and maintain daily customer contact.
- You acquire new customers independently, make proactive appointments and sell needs-based health and preventive care solutions.
- You create offers, perform administrative work and proactively schedule appointments.
- You work on trade fairs and stand actions and represent CONCORDIA on site.
