You can make this contribution

• Responsible and managed management of infrastructure processes as well as optimizing the resources of the area of provision & operation, as well as providing the necessary key figures and the target-actual deviations on the basis of periodic reporting

• Organize and manage the relevant processes in ordinary and extraordinary situations and bear the responsibility for results

• Ensure step-by-step communication between your own department, the supervisor and the professional/informative departments

• Ensure the required willingness to use and the economic, security and legally compliant operation of all properties in accordance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA) with the owner's representative

• Ensure support for the benefit of the tenant, user, operator, owner, as well as representatives of the construction management in the elaboration of needs and contribute the operator aspects

• In accordance with the overarching requirements and instructions, issue the relevant technical requirements in the area of infrastructure and ensure their compliance and implementation

This makes you unique

• Higher education (e.g. FH, HFW) or equivalent education with corresponding proof of experience and practice

• Postgraduate course or study Business Administration

• Expertise in process management, EDV/IT (MS Office), purchasing, organization, AVOR/production planning and control

• Experience from the performance processes of an army logistics center in the real estate, controlling, quality management and finance sectors

• Several years of professional experience in management position as well as successful work in specialist and project work

• Sound IT and SAP R/3 skills, knowledge of ARIS (methodology and tools)
