For our Private Clients Business Risk Management (BRM) team in the department "Risk Management & Governance" we are looking for a dynamic person as a Business Risk Manager with A-Hinness to Technology / Artificial Intelligence (AI).

In this role, you take responsibility for the support and further development of BRM and non-financial risk topics close to Front and Client Lifecycle as well as for exciting areas of work related to IT, automation and AI.

What is the content of the role?

• Key role in the management and implementation of BRM activities and Best Practice standards for the private client segment.
• Execution and further development of various risk and compliance relevant frameworks with strong links to our front organisation.
• The possibility to actively shape the further development of the BRM and to integrate innovative technologies, automation, as well as AI applications into modern control and risk approaches.
• Responsibility for important non-financial risks issues within private clients and optimization of process, risk and control assessment methods.
• End-to-end implementation and supervision of control and monitoring activities.
• Development, provision and implementation of training and support for the Private Clients Front Organisation and support for departmental management.
• Provide meaningful reporting for the Private Clients Management Team and for line managers.
• Committed team with high expertise, short decision-making paths and close cooperation with a wide range of stakeholders within private clients and beyond (e.g. Centers of Excellence, Risk, Compliance, Internal Audit).

What are the requirements?

• Completed university or technical college studies or equivalent bank-based education and training.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in business risk management in the banking industry, preferably from a wealth management environment.
• Strong IT-A sustainability and interest in banking platforms and structures, as well as developments in the use of AI.
• Good knowledge of the (front) core processes of a bank and regulatory issues.
• Proactive, committed and dynamic person with safe appearance, excellent communication skills and healthy assertiveness.
• Expressed habro-on and can-do mentality.
• Excellent knowledge of the German and English languages (in word and writing).
