As part of the BVD, the Department of Implementation 2 is responsible for the implementation and support of ambulatory and inpatient measures as well as substitute measures and instruction controls. The focus is on individual support and ensuring compliance with requirements in various measures settings. By agreement, we are looking for a leader who assumes responsibility, leads an interdisciplinary team of around six employees and further develops the department of Implementation 2 in terms of expertise, personnel and organisation. You do that with us.

• Ensuring professional, effective and legally compliant implementation of ambulatory and inpatient measures
• Further development of structures, processes and quality management as well as harmonisation of working methods
• Close cooperation with the legal service, internal specialist departments and external working partners
• Active participation in the cadre of probation and enforcement services as well as in projects, specialist and working groups
• Representation of the department in complex specialist situations, if necessary also vis-à-vis courts You bring that with you
• A bachelor’s degree in social work, law or a related field, such as psychology or criminology
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable environment as well as proven experience in the personnel management of qualified specialist employees
• A clear understanding of leadership and the ability to lead employees securely, appreciatively and bindingly, even in demanding situations
