Do you like working with people? You want to start from the 1. December 2026 or by agreement with our team in the cleaning for the health center for the old Mattenhof use?
Tasks
- They ensure professional cleaning and ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and quality regulations to ensure cleanliness and value preservation of real estate, furniture and facilities.
- They participate in the development and implementation of goals as well as in resulting projects.
- They lead and promote the employees of the domestic service and plan their economic commitment.
- They accompany employees and learners in professional matters and ensure occupational safety and compliance with operational standards.
- They work in the daily cleaning and housekeeping operations and, if necessary, take on additional assignments in other areas (e.g. hotel industry) as well as in company events.
Profile
- Enjoyment of contact with residents, high quality standards and service orientation
- Several years of professional and managerial experience in professional cleaning, ideally in health care.
- Completed training at EFZ level, beneficial for leadership training and the vocational trainer course
- Good oral and written knowledge of German, at least level B2
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working methods and the willingness to work irregular hours and weekend services
