- Welcome and advice of customers in the cash area
- Address and motivation of customers to use self-service offers
- Support during the scanning and payment process at the self-checkout checkout points
- Assistance with technical or operating issues
- Ensuring a proper and promotional appearance in the self-checkout area
- Performance of quality controls
- Cash activity at regular cash registers
Your profile
- Experience in sales or customer support is beneficial
- Flexibility regarding operating times (MO-SA between 05:00 and 22:00); Early and/or late shift
- Enjoyment of direct customer contact and advice
- Basic technical understanding for POS systems
- Patience and sensitivity
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Resilience and flexibility, even with high customer volumes
- Good knowledge of German, other languages beneficial
