80% - 100% | Sales and customer service | Zurich / Remote | Experienced professionals In our team "Corporate Customer Market Switzerland" we are responsible for the customer segment "Top 5000". We acquire and support larger/large companies based outside the economic area of Zurich. The primary focus is on German-speaking Switzerland. To strengthen our team, we are looking for several experienced customer service representatives. On the one hand, this includes interested parties who would like to take care of our existing customers and their development. On the other hand, we would like to expand our customer relationships in the regions of Northwest Switzerland, Eastern Switzerland and Bern/Espace. Accordingly, acquirers or customer representatives with an existing network in the mentioned regions are also sought. Your tasks
- Supervise and advise an existing, attractive and extremely demanding corporate customer portfolio with development prospects
- Activation of your existing relationship network or active acquisition of corporate customers in the described segment in the regions Northwest Switzerland, Eastern Switzerland or Bern/Espace
- Supporting corporate clients outside the economic area of Zurich, recognizing their needs and successfully exploiting the potential in the areas of financing, investments, cash management and other banking services
- Through communicative nature and competent appearance, build a comprehensive relationship network and consistently expand the customer relationship at C-level
- Cross-divisional work to implement holistic customer development using cross-selling opportunities
Your profile
- Many years of experience in the corporate customer business (focus segment Top 5'000)
- Higher education (specialist certificate, HF, Bachelor, Master or comparable degree)
- Several years of experience in the independent management of a commercial customer book
- Broad knowledge in the commercial business (assessment of the credit rating company, deep understanding of the customer’s value chain)
- Good knowledge of all other banking transactions (basic services, investment, provision, cash management, etc.)
- Winning personality and familiar handling at C-level - willingness to travel in German-speaking Switzerland
- Fluent German and good English skills
