80% - 100% | Sales and customer service | Zurich / Remote | Experienced professionals In our team "Corporate Customer Market Switzerland" we are also responsible for the customer segment construction / real estate. We acquire and support larger/large construction/real estate companies based outside the economic area of Zurich. The primary focus is on German-speaking Switzerland. To strengthen our team, we are looking for several customer service representatives with many years of experience in the field of construction and real estate financing. We want to sustainably strengthen our market presence in this segment. On the one hand, this includes interested parties with an existing strong network in this customer segment in the regions of Northwest Switzerland, East/Southeast Switzerland or Bern/Espace. On the other hand, experienced prospects with several years of experience in new customer acquisition in this customer clientele. Your tasks
- Active development and expansion as well as competent advice and support of an attractive and demanding construction and real estate portfolio in our area of activity Market Switzerland with existing customers as well as new customers
- Examination, application and approval of demanding financing applications and monitoring of customer/credit commitments in terms of income and risk aspects
- Identification of potential in the areas of financing, investments, cash management and other banking services
- Cross-divisional work to ensure holistic customer development and implement cross-selling opportunities
Your profile
- Higher continuing education (specialist certificate, HF, Bachelor or comparable degree)
- Several years of experience and proven competence in the financing business, ideally customer segment construction/real estate
- Passion and will for the targeted acquisition of new customers
- Good knowledge of the other banking transactions (investment, provision, cash management, etc.) are an additional plus point
- Above-average sales and service orientation
- Enjoy communication with customers, network partners and internal partners at eye level
- High performance and target orientation and a positive impact
- High sense of responsibility and independence as well as a high quality standard for themselves
