Canton of Zurich Financial Directorate Financial Administration Professional / -r Application manager / -r SAP PSCD 80 - 100% The financial administration arranges the finances of the Canton of Zurich and provides an overall overview. On behalf of the Government Council, it prepares the budget with financial plan and the bill of the canton. It prepares financial decisions of the Government Council, ensures efficient accounting and provides appropriate services for the entire administration. The Cantonal Accounting Department compiles the requirements for a canton-wide uniform accounting based on IPSAS, develops the consolidated account and the financial statistics of the canton. The department "Application Responsibility Financial Systems" ensures efficient accounting in the cantonal SAP environment. In order to exercise the professional application responsibility (Business Owner) of the cantonal SAP module PSCD, we are looking for a committed and service-oriented personality who designs processes and securely connects different stakeholders. Their tasks:
- Professional application responsibility (Business Owner) for SAP PSCD and its continuous development
- Definition of the use of SAP PSCD in the cantonal business processes
- Support and optimization of the canton-wide business processes in the area of current contract accounts as well as development of requirements in the authorization system
- Organization and management of a structured exchange with the practitioners, including pendants list and prioritization of upgrades, changes and further developments as well as ensuring the transfer of know-how within the cantonal administration
- Situational representation of concerns in the Change Advisory Board
- Organisation and implementation of tests on new developments
- Management or participation in interdisciplinary project teams in connection with SAP PSCD and other projects of the Cantonal Accounting
- Leadership of a cantonal specialist group
- Participation in the annual accounts of the Canton of Zurich and the preparation of the consolidated invoice Your profile:
- Higher education in business informatics or business administration, as well as several years of relevant professional experience in these fields
- In-depth know-how in accounting and in-depth expertise with SAP PSCD
- Interest in public finances and in the further development of processes and applications
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills and enjoy working with different stakeholders
- Open to change and new content challenges
