Main responsibilities
- Your versatile tasks include the acceptance and processing of room reservations for our currently three hotels, professional and warm telephone support as well as competent advice and active sales.
- In addition, you are responsible for checking in and out the guests, the care on site and checkout reports.
- With your authentic appearance and your natural friendliness, you can easily look after our guests at the highest level – personally, professionally and with real enthusiasm. Requirements
- Completed apprenticeship in the hospitality or commercial sector
- Experience in a comparable position in the luxury hotel industry Safe handling of MS Office and Protel PMS A sense of duty, resilience, flexibility and enthusiasm
- Strong hosting characteristics and a sense of allowing our guests unforgettable 5* holidays
- Excellent language skills in German (native language or C1) and English, any other language such as Italian or French is advantageous
- Dealing respectfully with colleagues and superiors A well-groomed appearance and safe appearance
Key requirements
- Abgeschlossene Berufslehre in der Hotellerie oder im kaufmännischen Sektor
- Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position in der Luxushotellerie
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und Protel PMS
- Pflichtbewusstsein, Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität und Begeisterungsfähigkeit
- Ausgeprägte Gastgebereigenschaften und ein Gespür dafür unseren Gästen unvergessliche 5* Ferien zu ermöglichen
- Ausgezeichnete Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch (Muttersprache oder C1) und Englisch, jede weitere Sprache wie z.B. Italienisch oder Französisch von Vorteil
