Do you want to make a direct contribution to the development of new therapies and treatment options with your laboratory work?

Main responsibilities

  • Participation in exciting translational research projects at the interface of laboratory and clinic
  • Processing, processing and documentation of human tissue and patient samples as part of our clinical tissue biobank
  • Isolation and cultivation of primary human cell cultures and carrying out cell and molecular biology experiments
  • Performance and evaluation of molecular biological, histological and microscopic analyses
  • Design, implementation and documentation of experimental studies and functional cell tests
  • Organisation of laboratory operations including material management and quality assurance
  • Active co-design and further development of laboratory processes in a modern research environment Requirements
  • Completed training as biomedical analyst HF / biomedical analyst HF, medical-biological laboratory assistant / medical-biological laboratory assistant or a comparable qualification
  • Practical experience in cell culture and/or molecular biology methods (e.g. qPCR, histology, immunofluorescence or microscopy)
  • Interest in translational biomedical research and a structured, independent and precise way of working
