Main responsibilities
- Participation in exciting translational research projects at the interface of laboratory and clinic

- Isolation and cultivation of primary human cell cultures and carrying out cell and molecular biology experiments
- Performance and evaluation of molecular biological, histological and microscopic analyses
- Design, implementation and documentation of experimental studies and functional cell tests
- Organisation of laboratory operations including material management and quality assurance
- Active co-design and further development of laboratory processes in a modern research environment Requirements
- Completed training as biomedical analyst HF / biomedical analyst HF, medical-biological laboratory assistant / medical-biological laboratory assistant or a comparable qualification
- Practical experience in cell culture and/or molecular biology methods (e.g. qPCR, histology, immunofluorescence or microscopy)
- Interest in translational biomedical research and a structured, independent and precise way of working
