- You are directly involved in the development and implementation of the VetAnaLog prototype. Their tasks include:
- Development of the pipeline for data collection and structured data processing
- Implementation of the tablet user interface for the clinical staff
- Participation in the LLM-based reporting and verification pipeline
- Support for system tests, deployment and evaluation during the clinical pilot phase at the Tierspital Zurich Requirements
- We are looking for a motivated master student or a person with recently completed studies in computer science, software engineering, medical informatics, data science or a related field. They shall bring with them:
- Good programming skills, especially in Python;
- Experience with TypeScript/JavaScript, Dart/Flutter, SQL or similar technologies is an advantage
- Solid understanding of basic principles and practices of software engineering, including version control with Git
- Experience with or interest in LLMs, frontend/mobile development, databases, health data standards such as FHIR or data engineering is beneficial A veterinary or medical background is not required.
