- You process the digital re-letting process and are in direct contact with tenants and landlords
Main responsibilities
- You proactively advise interested parties regarding the appropriate rental offers
- You process the digital re-letting process and are in direct contact with tenants and landlords
- You carry out visits of the rental objects with interested parties You create online ads
- You select suitable tenants in cooperation with the management
- You draw up rental contracts and support in the preparation of mandate offers as well as in the development of marketing measures You organize and run rental events
- You are assisting in the removal of property due to renovation or demolition Requirements
- You have completed an apprenticeship as an EFZ specialist / customer dialogue or EFZ Kauffrau /mann
- You bring professional experience in direct customer service
- You are digitally affine and have an advantage knowledge in Salesforce
- You have a driver's license Cat.
