- Development, maintenance, and updating of T&C procedures, test specifications, and workflows to ensure consistent execution
- Coordinating, executing, and recording system deployments and field tests based on approved test documentation on site
- Several years of practical work experience in the industrial sector, preferably in the rail industry
Main responsibilities
- Development, maintenance, and updating of T&C procedures, test specifications, and workflows to ensure consistent execution
- Coordinating, executing, and recording system deployments and field tests based on approved test documentation on site
- Management of hardware and software configurations on site, ensuring proper documentation and version control
- Collection and analysis of incidents and follow-up of risk reduction measures and corrective actions
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in close collaboration with Engineering, Project Manager, and Customer
- Planning and procuring electrical and mechanical changes in coordination with Engineering and Project Manager
- Performing or supporting other field activities (tests, limited electrical and mechanical changes, etc.), including work on tracks
- Close collaboration with the Customer and Installation Teams
Key requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (TU or FH) or equivalent vocational training
- Several years of practical work experience in the industrial sector, preferably in the rail industry
- Experience in commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting
- Experience in creating, testing, and maintaining technical documentation
- Experience in requirements management (IBM DNG, PLM, or similar)
- Knowledge of railway signalling systems (CBTC and/or Mainline-Stellwerk) is a significant advantage
- Very good German language skills are essential, with English and French being of great advantage
- Team player, solution-oriented, and flexible for night work and travel
