Tasks
- You accompany and answer the recruitment process in your business – from the first briefing to the final occupation
- They create a convincing Candidate Experience and help our executives as a competent contact person
- They are responsible for various projects (e.g.
introduction of KPI's, reworking career side, channel management, employer branding etc.), optimizing existing processes and supporting HR digitization
- With your ideas you develop our talent Acquisition further requirements:
- They have completed basic training and HR-relevant training
- You have several years of experience in in-house recruiting
- Candidate Experience, KPI's, Social Recruiting and Employer Branding shape your daily action
