Tasks

  • You accompany and answer the recruitment process in your business – from the first briefing to the final occupation
  • They create a convincing Candidate Experience and help our executives as a competent contact person
  • They are responsible for various projects (e.g.

introduction of KPI's, reworking career side, channel management, employer branding etc.), optimizing existing processes and supporting HR digitization

  • With your ideas you develop our talent Acquisition further requirements:
  • They have completed basic training and HR-relevant training
  • You have several years of experience in in-house recruiting
  • Candidate Experience, KPI's, Social Recruiting and Employer Branding shape your daily action
