Are you motivated by the idea of dealing with challenging legal issues relating to professional and private pensions and supporting our French-speaking customers in particular? Do you want to contribute your legal expertise to an experienced team of specialists and develop your long-term development in pension and insurance law?
In this role, you will strengthen the Claims division at Zurich Switzerland in the area of services life, legal service life and make an important contribution to our joint success. As part of a well-established team of lawyers, you will independently deal with legal issues and cases relating to occupational pensions, pillar 3a and life insurance, with a special focus on French-speaking Switzerland, and conduct legal proceedings. At the same time, you support our claims teams and other specialist areas with your legal expertise and participate in projects and the further development of our precautionary topics. Unit activities in training sessions and customer events round off the challenging and versatile activity.

- You will independently handle challenging legal cases in professional and private pension schemes, especially in French
- You conduct legal proceedings and represent Zurich’s interests in legal disputes
- You advise claims teams and other specialist areas on legal issues relating to collective life, individual life and provision
- You work in interdisciplinary projects and bring the legal perspective to the development of solutions and processes
- You work with internal and external stakeholders such as customers, sales, legal representatives, contractual partners and authorities
This sets you apart
- Law degree (Master of Law or lic. iur.) from a Swiss university, preferably with a law patent
- Very good knowledge of French and good knowledge of German in words and writing
- Pronounced interest in professional and private pensions as well as in insurance and tax law issues
- Ability to independently analyze complex legal issues and develop comprehensible, practice-oriented solutions
- Convincing communication and negotiating skills as well as a structured and responsible way of working
