Receptionist
Oerlikon Riri, part of the international group Oerlikon and reference point in the luxury sector for the production of high quality metal accessories, search for a Receptionist for the headquarters of Mendrisio.
The main activities will be
• Management of the telephone station for the headquarters of Mendrisio and support to other locations; • Customer welcome; • Registration of inputs and outputs; • Organization of reception and meeting rooms; management and sorting of incoming and outgoing mail; • Search and book flights, taxis and hotels; • Wi-Fi access creation for guests; • Activation and distribution of badges; • Preparation and distribution of the daily plan of workers' absences and the weekly plan of executive attendance; • Read and sort business emails; • Screening of CVs received in the shared mail box dedicated to applications; • Collection of employee absences and daily update of the absence report; • HR support in the use of the Zucchetti program and in the management of the absence archive; • Logistics support: verification of the invoices of the couriers in the AS400 system.
The ideal resource has
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification;
- Comprehensive work experience as Receptionist, Attachment to Front Office or similar roles;
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office package;
- Ability to manage priorities and time management;
- Excellent knowledge of English and French language, both written and spoken;
- Preferential title is the knowledge of the German language;
- Accuracy, reliability, flexibility and teamwork skills complete the profile, along with good relational and communication skills.
We offer
Indefinitely contracted PT to 60%; the RAL is expected to be between CHF 25,000 and CHF 27,000.
