- You support various management teams with personnel and technical bottlenecks in our offices in German-speaking Switzerland (BE, BS, LU, SG, SO, ZH)
- You are responsible for the acceptance and transfer of rental properties for first rentals / changes of tenants
Main responsibilities
- You support various management teams with personnel and technical bottlenecks in our offices in German-speaking Switzerland (BE, BS, LU, SG, SO, ZH)
- You are responsible for the acceptance and transfer of rental properties for first rentals / changes of tenants
- You are in direct contact with owners, tenants, property managers, craftsmen and authorities
- You ensure the real estate maintenance according to the management contract
- You carry out periodic real estate inspections and write condition assessments with corresponding reports
- You carry out rental contract & rental interest changes as well as indexed rental interest adjustments
- You monitor the current rental policy and advise homeowners when determining rental rates Requirements
- You have an oath.
- Professional certificate as a real estate manager or have an adequate further education in the real estate sector
- You bring several years of professional experience as a clerk / in real estate management or in a junior function
