Full description
Join our dedicated customer care team with over 70 employees in our modern customer care center in Dübendorf. As Client Service Representative, you are the first contact person for our customers and contribute to a first-class customer experience in digital banking. With comprehensive onboarding and targeted training, we are optimally preparing you for your tasks – regardless of whether you already have experience in banking or customer service. Your daily tasks include:
- Telephone support for our customers and processing of requests via our ticket system.
- Support with questions about our products, services and tools, as well as the use of our digital platforms and technical concerns.
- Processing of customer concerns in the ticket system, in particular for account openings and closings, money and securities transfers, payment orders and other operational topics – including complete documentation and timely processing.
- Close cooperation with Business Operations, IT, Sales, Legal & Compliance, Marketing and Trading for efficient customer solution.
- Identify and report suspicious activities according to internal policies and processes.
- Acceptance of customer orders for various financial instruments such as shares, bonds, funds, warrants, structured products, options, futures, foreign exchange transactions and trust investments after appropriate internal training
- You have a completed commercial education or a university degree and are interested in financial markets. First experiences in the financial sector are advantageous, but not a prerequisite.
- They are characterized by a strong analytical thinking ability and a high level of affinity to numbers.
- You have a strong customer and service orientation and a pleasure in direct customer contact.
- German is your native language. You also have very good English skills. French and/or Italian skills are of advantage.
- You work structuredly, set the right priorities even in a dynamic environment and keep track of them.
- You are flexible in your working hours and ready to work occasionally until 22:00.
