- Further development and evaluation of quality management systems and implementation of regulatory requirements
- Planning, implementation and follow-up of internal audits
- Identification of potential improvements as well as coordination and follow-up of corrective and prevention measures (CAPA)
- Advising and supporting stakeholders on quality-relevant issues
- Management and participation in cross-sectoral projects
- Promoting a culture of quality and compliance within the organisation
- Collaboration with partners: industry, academic environment and public sector
- Training and teaching of researchers on GCP, quality management and regulatory requirements in clinical research Requirements Training
- Completed university studies in natural sciences, pharmacy, medicine or a related field
Company and context
- Good knowledge of organizational structures and processes in the academic and industrial research environment
- Sound knowledge of ICH-GCP and relevant quality management standards, in particular ISO 9001 and ISO 14155
- Experience with the regulatory requirements of clinical research
- Experience in Pharmacovigilance and/or Materiovigilance is beneficial
- Completed auditor training or willingness to complete it Professional experience
- Ideally, at least three years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry, drug development or clinical research, preferably at least two years of experience in quality management
- Experience in the planning and implementation of audits as well as in the follow-up of measures
- Knowledge of training or training of professionals, ideally in the field of clinical research Personal competences
- Pragmatic, solution-oriented and structured working method
- High level of initiative and implementation
