- Higher education or comparable qualifications
- Found experience in Swiss collective bargaining, beneficial from the hospital or insurance environment, as well as leadership experience in a comparable function
- Knowledge of dynamics and challenges of a larger hospital operation, ability to move safely in the field of tension between medicine, quality and economy
- Impressed leadership qualities as well as responsible, integree and resilient personality
