For our D0 ward, Psychotherapy Ward for Depression 50+, we are looking for, starting February 1, 2027, or by agreement, a
Ward D0 specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of depressive disorders from the age of 50 onwards. Most patients on this ward are between 50 - 65 years of age and require inpatient treatment. The interprofessionally coordinated treatment is based on the therapeutic concepts CBASP and ACT. The range of therapies is supplemented by complementary medical services, physical activities and relaxation. The atmosphere on the ward is characterized by a respectful attitude and the careful cultivation of interpersonal relationships.
Your responsibilities
- the individual care and support of patients and contact with relatives as part of the primary nursing role and in consultation with the core team
- Leading and co-leading psychotherapeutic group programs and handovers
- the coordination and planning of treatment within the interprofessional team
- supporting patients in the activities of daily living and accompanying them in crisis situations
- as we work with permanent night staff, you will primarily work a two-shift system (early and late shift)
Your profile For this exciting role, in addition to a qualification as a nursing professional HF/FH, you bring a high level of personal competence and customer orientation and adapt well to changing situations. You should enjoy interprofessional collaboration and recovery-oriented treatment, and they should shape your working day. Ideally, you have experience in caring for people with psychiatric illnesses.
