- As a member of the school management, you assume the pedagogical, personnel and organizational responsibility for the high school or the specialised secondary school (FMS) as well as for other operational areas of the school.
- Participation in the strategic and operational management of the school.
- Responsibility for the implementation and further development of educational offerings in high school or FMS
