Key requirements

- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Bewertung von Grundstücken und Projekten und im Umgang mit Baurechten sowie eine Aus- oder Weiterbildung in Immobilien, Bau, Recht oder Wirtschaft. Kenntnisse zur Mehrwertabgabe sind von Vorteil.
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in sachenrechtlichen Geschäften inklusive Kaufverträgen, Baurechtsverträgen und Dienstbarkeitsverträgen.
- Erfahrung in der Durchführung und Bewertung von Ausschreibungen sowie in der Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistenden.
- Sicher im Umgang mit IT-Anwendungen und in der Pflege von Geschäftsvorfällen in den entsprechenden Systemen. Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse mindestens C1 und idealerweise Französisch oder Italienisch mindestens A2.
