Tasks: • You are fully responsible for managing a portfolio of majority residential properties • You develop and control the annual budget incl. Forecasts and controls and contracts creditors • You lead and train your subordinate employees (including goal agreement and control of goal achievement) • You look after and advise tenants and owners and control the facility managers • You are responsible for ensuring, executing and accompaniing maintenance as well as for periodic condition assessments including reporting • You make lease contract changes, rental interest changes, and indexed rental interest adjustments • You monitor the current rental policy and advise homeowners when determining rental rates Requirements • You have an oath. Real estate management or adequate training in the real estate sector • You have several years of professional experience in the real estate industry, experience in rental law and basic building knowledge • Your mother tongue is German and you can ideally communicate verbally and in writing in other languages • You have a high level of social and self-competence with the ability to self-control • You live the values of customer orientation, communicate professionally and enjoy dealing with people • You bring an affinity for technology, can apply new technologies and are open to new things • You have self-learning skills and it gives you pleasure to pass on your knowledge to others.
