- You are responsible for a versatile real estate portfolio with primarily commercial and operating real estate as well as some residential real estate of the Swiss Post in the Zurich region.
- You are responsible for market-compliant full rental and vacancy management and are the first person to address questions about the property looked after.
- As an owner's representative, you actively engage in customer relationships and are in direct contact with the tenant, house maintenance, craftsmen and authorities.
- You conduct hartic property visits, write state assessments and are responsible for the acceptance and transfer of the rental properties in the case of first rentals and tenant changes.
- Besides rental properties, you also manage (with)ownership properties and participate in meetings and owner meetings.
- You can ensure the building maintenance according to the contractual conditions and participate in renovation and renovation projects.
