Tasks

• You are in telephone contact with the tenant, the owner: inside, the facility management, craft businesses and offices
• You support the real estate managers in day-to-day business and take on administrative and organizational tasks independently
• You manage some smaller properties largely independently and are the contact person for the tenant and other partners
• You give smaller repair orders
• You support the team with rentals and other management tasks

Requirements

• You have a commercial background and mind. 2 years of experience in the real estate industry
• Enjoy administrative and organizational tasks and a reliable, structured working method
• Dealing with IT is part of your daily business
• You communicate stylishly in German
• You are mobile with a category B driving license, a vehicle is available
