Main responsibilities
- Independent management of the real estate portfolios allocated to you
- Representation of the Coop Cooperative as property owner and tenant in rented properties
- Responsible for smaller and medium-sized renovations and regular maintenance
- Development of management and rental concepts with your manager
- Creation of rental contracts and supplements as well as responsible for the acceptance and handover of rental objects Requirements
- You have professional experience in property management, ideally in commercial property management
- You have experience in repairs, maintenance and renovations
- You have completed further training as a real estate manager with a federal certificate or an equivalent further education
- You get practiced with digital media and handle it with ease You have a category B driving licence
