Tasks: Process and data quality
- Ensuring and further developing administrative processes along the patient journey, in particular in the areas of performance detection, (pre-)coding, flawing and medical controlling
- Ensuring correct and complete performance detection (Tarpsy, Tardoc) through technical clarifications and binding consultations with the medical-therapeutic areas
- Monitoring and continuous improvement of data quality
- Implementation of necessary adaptations due to external requirements
- Analysis of process and data interfaces and testing of rejections and derivation of concrete improvement measures

- Training of employees involved in performance and data management
- Establishment and maintenance of instruments for quality assurance and process control (e.g.
key figures, data quality analyses and evaluations)
- Design and parameterization of tariff-relevant processes in the system as well as ensuring a functioning interface management for continuous improvement of data quality The function combines process understanding, collection of structured data and tariff-relevant requirements with the further development of cross-organisational processes along the patient journey.

Requirements
- Complete studies in the field of health management, business management, health administration, controlling or a comparable qualification acquired through education and training
- Multiannual experience in the administrative field of Swiss healthcare, ideally in stationary or outpatient psychiatry
- Funded knowledge in the fields of performance detection, coding, facsification or controlling in Swiss healthcare
- High communication and interface competence and joy in interprofessional cooperation with different professional groups
- Extensive interest in data quality, process optimization and inter-organisational relationships
- Conceptual strength combined with pragmatic implementation competence
