Role overview

Tasks: Process and data quality

• Ensuring and further developing administrative processes along the patient journey, in particular in the areas of performance detection, (pre-)coding, flawing and medical controlling
• Ensuring correct and complete performance detection (Tarpsy, Tardoc) through technical clarifications and binding consultations with the medical-therapeutic areas
• Monitoring and continuous improvement of data quality
• Implementation of necessary adaptations due to external requirements
• Analysis of process and data interfaces and testing of rejections and derivation of concrete improvement measures
• Coordination and clarification of interfaces between medical secretariats, finances and application managers
• Translation of clinical treatment realities into comprehensible, regulatory and accounting-relevant performance and data acquisition processes
• Designing and developing roles, responsibilities and processes in the field of performance and data management
• Training of employees involved in performance and data management
• Establishment and maintenance of instruments for quality assurance and process control (e.g.

key figures, data quality analyses and evaluations)

• Design and parameterization of tariff-relevant processes in the system as well as ensuring a functioning interface management for continuous improvement of data quality The function combines process understanding, collection of structured data and tariff-relevant requirements with the further development of cross-organisational processes along the patient journey.

They work closely with medical-therapeutic areas, finance, IT and administration.

As a specialist, you have the technical responsibility for a uniform and reliable performance and data management.

They set standards, clarify interfaces and translate tariff, administrative and medical-therapeutic requirements into sustainable processes for everyday clinics.

Requirements

• Complete studies in the field of health management, business management, health administration, controlling or a comparable qualification acquired through education and training
• Multiannual experience in the administrative field of Swiss healthcare, ideally in stationary or outpatient psychiatry
• Funded knowledge in the fields of performance detection, coding, facsification or controlling in Swiss healthcare
• High communication and interface competence and joy in interprofessional cooperation with different professional groups
• Extensive interest in data quality, process optimization and inter-organisational relationships
• Conceptual strength combined with pragmatic implementation competence
• Analytical, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation
