You have experience in real estate accounting, ideally GaraioREM experience and at best still experience in mandate implementation? Then this position offers you the opportunity to contribute your previous experience and at the same time further expand your knowledge in real estate accounting.

As a project manager in real estate accounting (m/f/d), you take on an exciting function at the interface between real estate accounting, ownership and pre-administration. You can apply and develop your expertise in practice and make an important contribution to the flawless implementation of new mandates, as well as valuable support for mandate departures.

This is what moves you

• You coordinate and organize the accounting processes for incoming and leaving mandates
• You participate in exchanges with owners, pre-administration and internal persons and occasionally lead these appointments independently.
• You are an important interface between internal and external contacts.
• You control and book balance sheet takeovers.
• You handle customer accounting and prepare accounting statements of new customers until they move to the operational department
• You maintain the higher-level accounting master data
• You are responsible for accounting projects and train the appropriate departments.

• A completed commercial education is your foundation
• You have preferably deepened your accounting expertise with a relevant further education (CAS Real Estate Accounting, Financial and Accounting Card, or similar)
• You bring very good knowledge in real estate accounting
• Preferably, you already have experience with the ERP system Garaio-REM
• An eye for detail and an independent working method distinguish you.
• Even in hectic moments, you remain structured, communicative and solution-oriented.
• A turntable function with different contacts as well as exact work make you fun.
• You have a flair for numbers and you are motivated to apply this in the real estate industry.
• Good oral and written expression skills in German, French knowledge beneficial
