For our conversion team in the Zurich region, we are looking for a motivated project manager (m/f/d). Place of employment for the job is our headquarters in Opfikon. Your place of work will be the building office in the heart of the city of Zurich.
The project team implements a renowned large-scale project by a renowned building owner and is accompanied by a well-known architectural office. The team consists of around 15 people from the fields of execution, planning, finance and administration. The ambitious team has a good spirit, stands up for each other and appreciates the honest treatment of each other.

Tasks
What tasks await you as a project manager conversion (m/f/d)?
- Responsibility for achieving the economic goals of conversion projects in the Zurich region – from tendering to commissioning – in compliance with quality, deadlines and costs
- Responsible operational project management taking into account all safety, timing and qualitative requirements
- Close cooperation with subcontractors, suppliers, planners and authorities
- Contact for builders, business partners and other stakeholders
- Professional guidance and promotion of the construction managers in your team
- Ensuring transparent communication and seamless documentation
- Regular reporting to the overall project manager
Requirements
What requirements do you bring with you as project manager conversion (m/f/d)?
- Completed training as project manager:in, technician:in TS, architect:in or civil engineer:in
- 2–5 years of experience in managing renovation projects
- Independent management of complex construction sites
- Experience in the professional management of up to five construction managers
- Entrepreneurial mindset, assertiveness and high social skills
- Familiarity with the general contractor environment
- Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
