In the Real Estate Management department of ETH Zurich, we are responsible for the real estate portfolio of the university.

- Take responsibility for the project management of small or medium-sized conversions/renovations with high technical requirements from project planning to realization by the SIA phases 21 –53.
- Work closely with our engineering & systems and facility services departments.
- Technical training: You have a university degree in architecture, civil engineering or a similar subject and have proven expertise in project management and/or construction management.
- Project experience: Thanks to your multi-year experience as project manager for rebuilding or refurbishment of complex construction projects, you are familiar with the coordination of specialist teams in all SIA phases.
Main responsibilities
- Take responsibility for the project management of small or medium-sized conversions/renovations with high technical requirements from project planning to realization by the SIA phases 21 –53.
- Work closely with our engineering & systems and facility services departments.
- Tax project teams consisting of internal and external experts coordinate the various stakeholders such as authorities and beneficiaries and ensure compliance with costs, dates and quality standards.
- You can usually relocate your projects with single-powered models or general planners, but you can also use alternative approaches to design build.
Key requirements
- Technical training: You have a university degree in architecture, civil engineering or a similar subject and have proven expertise in project management and/or construction management.
- Project experience: Thanks to your multi-year experience as project manager for rebuilding or refurbishment of complex construction projects, you are familiar with the coordination of specialist teams in all SIA phases.
- Interdisciplinary tasks give you pleasure.
- Model diversity: They are familiar with conventional processing models (e.g. general planner or single power carrier models) and face new integral approaches.
- Conscientiousness and negotiation skills: They are resilient, are characterized by a quick understanding, like to take over socio-cultural and ecological responsibility and think entrepreneurial.
- Enjoy a versatile activity with design freedom and responsibility in a dynamic, research-oriented environment.
