- Leading and accompanying central change and transformation projects in the business unit IT, Operations & Real Estate
- Support the Head of Staff and the Head of the Business Unit in complex strategic issues and take over the management of selected projects
Company and context
- Perceiving leadership support in strategy, communication and organizational issues, identifying optimization potential and driving implementation until completion
- Prepare decision-making bases for management and create convincing documents for committees
- Representing the business unit and its areas in project and steering committees as well as ensuring the interests of IT, Operations & Real Estate
- Completed studies at the level of technical college or university, ideally in economics or engineering
- Proven background in strategy or IT consulting
- 3-5 years of project and project management experience in banking
- In-depth knowledge of IT, operations and/or real estate is a plus
- You score with the ability to complete complex projects in a structured way, think strategically, networked and innovatively, and create convincing management presentations (especially in PowerPoint) for the business unit’s executive board and management.
- Very good communication skills in German and English (min. C1)
