Project Manager / Project Manager Construction or General Manager / General Manager.
You take on a central role in the management of demanding new construction, conversion and repair projects according to SIA 112 and actively shape the development of our construction management unit KSW.

- Management and coordination of demanding construction projects in the SIA phases 31-53 in the function of client representatives
- Assuming the structural tasks within construction and hospital technology projects as project manager or as general manager

Main responsibilities
- Management and coordination of demanding construction projects in the SIA phases 31-53 in the function of client representatives
- Assuming the structural tasks within construction and hospital technology projects as project manager or as general manager
- Leadership, coordination or support of the project teams or entrepreneurs over all project phases until final acceptance and handover to the user and operator
- Control of project objectives in terms of costs, quality, deadlines and sustainability
- Representation of the building owner towards planners, companies and other project partners
- Ensuring transparent communication and targeted decision-making processes between all project participants
- Project controlling, progress monitoring and preparation of meaningful reporting for clients Profile:
- Completed training in architecture, civil engineering or construction project management at university/university level (ETH/FH) or a similar degree
- Sound knowledge and practical experience in construction, process and project management
- Long-standing, broad professional experience from development to project planning to the realization of construction projects
