- Technical training: Higher education in architecture, civil engineering or a similar subject with designated expertise in project management and/or construction management.

Key requirements
- We are looking for a dedicated personality who has the pleasure of accompanying complex construction projects in an innovative environment:
- Technical training: Higher education in architecture, civil engineering or a similar subject with designated expertise in project management and/or construction management.
- Project experience: Multiannual experience as project manager for renovations or renovations of complex construction projects.
- Confidence with SIA phases: coordination of specialist teams in all SIA phases.
- Model diversity: Experience with conventional processing models (e.g. general planner or single power carrier models) and openness for integral approaches. Responsibility and negotiation skills:
