Main responsibilities
- Management and implementation of investment projects in the area of infrastructure and buildings
- Planning and construction management activities in new construction/conversions such as calculation, feasibility assessment, tendering, awarding, coordination
- Carrying out demanding analyzes and meetings with the responsible bodies
- Participation in budget preparation in the area of infrastructure/construction requirements
- Profound experience: in the area of infrastructure and buildings
- Completed studies (Uni/ETH, FH, HF): in the area of construction, infrastructure or building technology (HLKKS) Experience in project management
- Versatile interest in infrastructure and building technology topics
- Knowledge in the areas of sustainability, energy and energy management
- Flexible and team player with a proactive, solution-oriented way of working and a customer-oriented, holistic way of thinking and acting
- Mobile-flexible working model: Flexible working hours with the option of working from home.
