Main responsibilities
- Responsibility for the strategic and operational management of development and acquisition projects (housing & trade) from the first vision to the ready for construction
- Proactive identification and assessment of locations through due diligence and real estate economic analysis
- Responsibility for the real estate-related contracts such as rental, building rights and purchase/purchase rights contracts as well as planner contracts
- Development of marketable usage concepts taking into account location, target groups and cost-effectiveness
- Careful management of the development process from the feasibility study to the legally binding building permit
- Management of internal and external planning partners as well as identification and involvement of external stakeholders
- Targeted representation of ownership interests in negotiations with authorities, associations, landowners and investors
- Build and maintain close relationships with institutional and private landowners, corporates, family offices, public authorities and other key stakeholders Requirements
- Several years of experience: in the development of complex real estate projects as well as experience in dealing with investors, authorities and other stakeholders
- Completed studies (uni/ETH, FH, HF): in architecture, civil engineering, spatial planning, real estate or training in law / notarial education
