- Coordinating and overseeing multiple projects running in parallel Designing and optimizing manufacturing processes (working with Microsoft Visio, AutoCAD) Specifying manufacturing equipment (mechanical, electrical, digital) Building and expanding theoretical and practical expertise in the field of adhesives and sealants production Sharing knowledge and experience with local and regional organizations Planning, leading, and executing international projects in accordance with project management standards and PCP guidelines: From equipment specification to start-up Defining production standards and ensuring their application in new projects as well as in existing facilities Collaborating with R&D teams on the development of new technologies and the introduction of new products with focus on equipment and process parameters Organization and supervision of trials at pilot scale
