- You plan and implement demanding investment projects from budget creation to handover to operations and ensure timely implementation.
- You support operations and optimize production systems through evaluation processes, efficiency improvements and innovative solutions.
- 4–5 years: in the management of technical projects or in the field of engineering (ideally in the food industry).
- Completed studies (University/ETH, FH, HF): or technical college in a technical area, supplemented by system-specific further training.
Main responsibilities
- You plan and implement demanding investment projects from budget creation to handover to operations and ensure timely implementation.
- You support operations and optimize production systems through evaluation processes, efficiency improvements and innovative solutions.
- You ensure technical operational readiness through larger conversion and overhaul projects and provide technical support to the maintenance staff and line managers with repairs and smaller projects.
- You drive automation and growth projects and take our production processes to the next level.
- You ensure that internal regulations and quality standards are adhered to and ensure sustainable improvements.
Key requirements
- 4–5 years: in the management of technical projects or in the field of engineering (ideally in the food industry).
- Completed studies (University/ETH, FH, HF): or technical college in a technical area, supplemented by system-specific further training.
- In-depth knowledge of processes and procedures, including across departments.
- Entrepreneurial thinking and an efficient, precise way of working with a strong goal orientation.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work on multiple projects in parallel.
- You are data-savvy and system-savvy (Office/BI, SAP & Co.), quickly acquire new tools and use AI responsibly.
