descrizione Do you want to actively shape a central transformation and digitization project of ETH Zurich and keep an overview when it becomes complex? In the Digital Campus (DC) – Lehrbetrieb project, you are driving forward the introduction of a new campus management system and the further development of digital processes together with a dedicated team. In your role in the project office, you ensure that planning, control and cooperation work efficiently – and thus make a direct contribution to the future of higher education.
Mansioni From now on or By agreement, we are looking for a dedicated personality who, as Project Management Officer (PMO), supports the project with its six subprojects organizationally and administratively. The body is limited to 1 year and can be extended annually to up to a total of 3.5 years.
- Planning, coordinating and organizing meetings, workshops and events for a project team with around 40 employees - They prepare meetings, accompany them actively and ensure a structured follow-up (including protocols, decision bases and AI-based summaries) - They coordinate project-related infrastructure and access rights in tools such as Jira, Confluence, SharePoint and MS Teams - You structure, maintain and optimize the digital storage and templates and project documentation - They support project coordination and project management proactively in organizational and administrative matters and thus contribute significantly to the effective management of the overall project - They coordinate cooperation with internal and external stakeholders in the project and university environment - They support recruiting, procurement and onboarding project employees - They provide first-level support for tool questions and provide pragmatic solutions in everyday work - They develop existing processes and actively initiate ideas for optimizing digital work and communication processes
