What you do

• You plan and accompany projects in the high- and low-voltage sector from conception to acceptance.
• In direct contact with customers, you will develop solutions that meet their needs and develop customer-specific offers.
• You plan and optimize the use of resources, lead project teams and coordinate services with all project participants.
• By expanding the customer base, you generate follow-up or additional orders.

This will make it easier for you to get started

• After completing your basic training as an electrician EFZ, you will have gained several years of professional experience and ideally continue your education (eidg. dipl. Elektrofitateur:in, Elektro-Projektleiter:in mit eidg. FA or similar).
• You have already led teams and fit effortlessly into an existing team.
• Open and honest communication is important to you, and you express yourself confidently in German, both orally and in writing.
• For construction site visits, you are in possession of a category B driver's license.

Requirements

• Planning and accompanying projects in the high and low voltage sectors from conception to handover

• Developing tailored solutions and customer-specific offers in direct contact with customers

• Generating follow-up or additional orders by expanding the customer base

• Several years of professional experience as an electrical installer EFZ and ideal further training

• Ability to lead teams and easy integration into an existing team

• Open and honest communication and confident expression in German both orally and in writing

• Possession of a driver's license category B for site visits
