Their tasks
- Support and care for residents and patients with a focus on palliative care as well as support in primary care and nursing training
- Co-responsibility for the care process, including care planning, care documentation and implementation of geriatric assessments
- Assumption of medical technology activities and day-to-day responsibility
- Support for entry, exit and transfer processes as well as co-design of rehabilitation and gerontopsychiatric care processes
- Interdisciplinary cooperation with the care, the medical service, therapists and the counselling and social service
Your profile
- Completed training as a health professional EFZ or equivalent with SRC recognition
- Good knowledge of German in words and writing (at least level B2)
- High level of social, methodological and professional competence
- Contemporary IT skills
- Self-employed and responsible work
