Professional Health EFZ 80% - 100% on night duty
Their tasks
- Holistic care and care of the guests in the sense of our care mission statement and the care process
- Participation in the care process and in the care needs classification with RAI among the assigned guests
- Electronic care documentation using CareCoach (mobile possible with CareCoach smartphone)
- Ensuring need-oriented care and care of guests during the night
- Implementation of regular inspection and safety tours as well as recognition and initiation of appropriate measures in emergency situations
- Taking over the in-house emergency call and professional cooperation with the medical emergency service
- Independent organisation and coordination of the night service and ensuring a smooth flow of information to the day service
- Accompanying, supporting and promoting the well-being of guests at night, taking into account individual needs and habits
Your profile
- Completed training for/specialist health EFZ
- Professional experience in long-term care is beneficial
- RAI knowledge desired
- A warm and humorous basic attitude
- Enjoying multiple challenges
- Good knowledge of German in words and writing
