Do you like working with people? Would you like to work for the Aged Wood Health Center immediately or by agreement with our care team?
Tasks
- They carry out the planned care and care tasks independently, safely and professionally, including care of residents with tracheal cannula.
- They shape everyday living and carry out individual and group activities, taking into account suitable methodology and available resources.
- They cultivate a professional and respectful treatment of relatives and are involved in the work of relatives.
- They are well versed in dealing with electronic maintenance documentation and use this tool correctly.
- You organize your work processes independently, logically and efficiently and make your own decisions within your area of competence.
Profile
- Good knowledge of German in words and writing, including Swiss dialect
- A responsible, reliable and accurate way of working
- Very good computer knowledge, as well as preferably experience with care applications
- Completed training as a specialist health EFZ with SRC recognition for diplomas from abroad
- A heart for our residents and our learners
