Do you like working with people? Would you like to work for the Old Bombach Health Center immediately or by agreement with our care team?
Tasks
- They accompany and look after our residents on a closed dementia department sensitively and competently in their everyday life.
- They independently and safely carry out the planned care and support tasks and help with the care of residents in crisis situations.
- They report observations, report objectively and document fully and comprehensibly.
- They help with activating, reactivating and maintaining therapeutic care and care tasks and know the care and care-relevant needs and wishes of the residents and their relatives.
- They supervise our learners during the entire apprenticeship period together with the main vocational trainers and those responsible for vocational training.
Profile
- Responsible, reliable and exact working methods
- Training as a health specialist EFZ with SRC recognition for diplomas from abroad
- Good knowledge of German in words and writing
- Good IT knowledge and a heart for our residents
