Your main tasks

• Care of patients with complex clinical pictures with a focus on nephrology/angiology
• Counselling and support of patients and their relatives during hospitalization
• Participation in learning support in cooperation with vocational training
• Participation in the construction of the new bed station for nephrological patients

Your profile

• You have an education as a nurse / nurse specialist HF/FH
• You bring good communication skills and a quick understanding
• You feel comfortable in quickly changing situations and can set priorities
• You work independently, like to take responsibility for the patients: inside and are committed to the implementation of patient-oriented and professional care
• You are looking forward to a newly assembled team and are actively involved in cooperation and team development
• Re-entry:inside and new entrants:inside are just as welcome as experienced nurses
• You like to work in all shifts

Our offer

The extension of the department offers insight into other departments outside of nephrology and the opportunity to actively participate in a growing permanent team and to shape a common team culture. Our department specializes in peritoneal dialysis, hemodialysis takes place in another department. Two experienced heads of department and an experienced shared governance team from education and management are looking forward to working with you and supporting you in everyday work.
