Main responsibilities
- Accompanying, promoting and qualifying FaGe learners and students NDS Emergency Care in the versatile environment of the Emergency Center
- Planning, designing and evaluating competence-oriented learning processes including location interviews, certificates of competence and practical final examinations
- Support and advise the nursing team in accompanying learners and students as well as ensuring high-quality training
- Active participation in shared leadership as well as shaping projects and the further development of the emergency center
- Collaboration in clinical emergency care as Dipl. Expert: in Emergency Care NDS HF Requirements
- SVEB Certificate instructor/level 1 or willingness to complete it
- Knowledge of the Swiss education system in health care
- Enjoyment of accompanying and developing FaGe learners and students NDS Emergency Care as well as strong communication skills and empathy
