Main responsibilities
- Design and further development of quality development and patient safety within Care & MTTB
- Initiation, management and support of cross-sectoral quality and development projects
- Analysis of quality indicators and derivation and tracking of evidence-based improvement measures
- Further development of quality standards, guidelines and guiding documents
- Representation of Care & MTTB in interprofessional committees, quality initiatives and national specialist networks
- Advising and supporting clinical teams in audits, ANQ measurements and quality-related issues
- Promoting a modern culture of quality and safety and anchoring best practices in clinical everyday life Requirements
- Master's degree in nursing or health sciences (MSc), a doctorate is a plus
- Professional training in quality management or patient safety
