As the first point of contact for our patients as well as guests and visitors you lead the reception
You take care of the telephone center reliably and competently

With administrative activities you support the care service on the station
You are responsible for ordering office, laboratory and consumable materials as well as collecting demand reports
Internal transport service order coordinate and arrange independently
The coordination of appointments is in your area of responsibility
You ensure the reliable distribution of incoming mail
Entry and exit are handled administratively efficiently and carefully Requirements
You have a commercial education, training as a medical secretary, health care specialist and/or corresponding clinical or medical professional experience
