Main responsibilities
- You support the users: OLAT in 2nd-level support and process demanding requests
- They advise and train lecturers, employees and other university stakeholders
- They create and maintain training materials, tutorials and documentation
- They support and develop the LMS community further
- They test new OLAT functions and bug fixes and support quality assurance
- You collect software requirements and bring them into the further development process of OLAT
- You are involved in projects for the further development of the LMS
- They support the section on-line examinations for services in the examination area
- You are constantly actively training yourself and share your professional know-how in the team Requirements
- University degree or comparable education, preferably in the educational, computer science or media technology environment
